Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) has officially appointed Khairul Nisa Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of Sedania As Salam Capital, as an Adjunct Fellow (Felo Adjung) at the School of Computing (SoC), for a two-year term.
The appointment recognises Khairul Nisa’s outstanding achievements and leadership in the fintech and technology sectors, underscoring her role as one of Malaysia’s foremost female leaders driving digital innovation and Islamic finance excellence.
As part of this appointment, Khairul Nisa will contribute her industry expertise to advance UUM’s academic-industry collaboration, engaging in curriculum enrichment, industry advisory, and public lecture initiatives that nurture future-ready graduates for Malaysia’s digital economy.
Expressing her gratitude for the appointment, Khairul Nisa Ismail said:
