One Maker Group Sdn Bhd, a leading Malaysian estate agency, developer, and G7 contractor, proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Badminton Charity Tournament 2024, held at SK Badminton Academy on April 6, 2024. The event, organised in collaboration with esteemed sponsors and partners, underscored the company’s commitment to promoting sports, nurturing young talent, and supporting charitable causes.
The tournament, a day-long affair from 10 am to 5 pm, attracted 32 teams in the double-competition and 32 teams in the under-10 single-competition. It was a spectacular showcase of badminton skills, sportsmanship, and community spirit, with enthusiastic participation from players and active support from their families.
One Maker Group Sdn Bhd, in its role as the main organiser, was joined by key sponsors, including Pentens – Dong Ji (M) Sdn Bhd as the main sponsor and Aegis Communication Sdn Bhd as the media sponsor. A total of RM20,000 was raised through the event, which was donated to the Lee Chong Wei Foundation and the Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation (National Centre). These contributions will support the foundations’ ongoing efforts in nurturing young sports talents and providing assistance to children with Down syndrome.
